TRAVEL GRANTS
REPORT - GUIDELINES

The travel grant report form (MPPT/4/08) should be returned to the Trust as soon as possible after the travel has been completed. (N.B.: This should be done by (i) email or (ii) via a user account on the MPPT website.)

Content of report

The report form indicates the information required by the Trust. Additional information may be provided as an attachment, or by email or post, if it is considered that this would be helpful to the Trust in the management of its travel grants programme.

Submission of report

When completed, the resulting document can be uploaded here if you already have an applicant account; otherwise it should be sent by email to info@paykeltrust.co.nz.
