TRAVEL GRANTS
REPORT - INTRODUCTION

The Trust asks each recipient of a travel grant-in-aid to provide a brief report after the travel has been completed. A template (MPPT/08/4) is provided for this purpose for completion online.

When completed, the resulting document can be uploaded here if you already have an applicant account; alternatively it should be sent by email to the Trust.

Questions require brief comments only. The information supplied will be held in confidence by the Trust and used only to assist with the management of future travel grant requests.

Detailed or technical information about the travel is not needed by the Trust and is not sought in the questionnaire. However, grantees are welcome to provide additional comments under separate cover, e.g. by email or post, if these are relevant to administration of the MPPT grants-in-aid programme.

Further advice may be obtained from the office of the Trust if needed.
